As planned, on March 6th, Kanchi parayana was conducted with a very good gathering of sajjanas. Participants gathered at venue around 8:30 AM and the parayana commenced @ 9:00 AM. Gents chanted Sri Harivayustuti, Sundara Kanda, ShodashaBahu Sri Narasimha Stotra & Sri Yanthrodharaka Hanumath Stotra. Post this, Mahilaas chanted Sri Madwa Naama & Lakshmi Shobane. Overall 150+ sajjanas participated in this chanting with people coming from Chennai, Kanchi, Arcod & Pondicherry locations.
LHVSMP Samithi mentor Dr. Sri. Raghu during his speech, insisted the importance of Sandhya Vandhan and requested everyone to follow the same.
Durga/ Narasimha Suladhi was chanted towards the Indian Army Soldiers sadgati & for our madipakkam LHVS centre senior member.
As it was Amavasya day, arrangements for performing tharpane were made. Around 40+ sajjanas performed Tharpane at this punya kshetra. Theerthaprasadham was served to all participants.
