LHVSMPS – Nov 2 & 3 2019 – Mahaa Parayana @ Kumbakonam

Hare Srinivasa! With the blessings from Sri Subudhendra Tirtha Swamiji, Peetadhipathi of Sri Raghavendra Swami Mutt, Manthralayam, our Samiti LHVSMPS (Chennai) conducted Mahaa Parayana at Kumbakonam Sri Vijayeendra Swamigala Moola Brindavana on 2nd & 3rd November 2019. As part of Samiti’s sankalpa, on both days, devotees chanted Lakshavrutti Shodashabahu Sri Narasimhashtaka Stotra in front of Sri Vijayeendra Swamigala Moola Brindavan. During H.H. Swamiji’s Samasthana Pooja, Sri Harivayustuti Parayana chanted by sajjanas. Mahilaas chanted Madwa Naama, Lakshmi Shobane on both days. Overall 1000+ devotees participated during both day events. Samiti honored Swamiji during second session on Sunday. This was followed by Swamiji’s pravachana and our samiti mentor Dr.Raghu’s speech. Glad news to all sajjanas is that Swamiji invited our Samiti for doing Mahaa Parayana at Srirangam as well as in Manthralayam. For devotees stay, dormitory accommodation was arranged. Similarly, on both days, coffee, palahara, theerthaprasadham, evening coffee & night palahara arrangements done in detailed manner by mutt authorities. Special Highlights of Event: Akanda Parayana of Shodashabahu Sri Narasimhashtaka on both days H.H.Swamigalu’s Thula Kaveri Pooja along with Dhanda theertha prokshana to all devotees Thula Kaveri Sankalpa Snana on both days by all devotees assembled for chanting Sri HariVayustuti Parayana during Swamiji’s Sri Moola Rama Samasthana Pooja Special Darshan of Shodashabahu Sri Narasimha darshan to all bhaktas gathered by H.H.Swamiji. Thanks to H.H.Swamiji for providing us the opportunity to chant in front of Sri Vijayeendra Swamigala Moola Brindavan & providing darshan of Shodashabahu Sri Narasimha Devaru during Samasthana Pooja which is a UNIQUE & RARE event.
